Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days from the delivery date to return the item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Changes
If you received a defective or damaged item, or would like to exchange it for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization.
